Dumplings and Won Ton

Recipes for dumplings
 This dumpling recipe will enable you to make dumplings that are great with a wide range of dishes. More information on this recipe for dumplings can be found at http://www.cookeryskills.com/html/dumpling_mix.html.

The ingredients for making 4 dumplings are as follows:

100g self-raising flour, plus a little for dusting
50g suet, beef or vegetable
Good pinch salt
pinch baking powder
About 75ml cold water

To give your dumplings a little more flavour you can add some finely chopped herbs into the mix.

Chocolates!Chocolates!Chocolates!

Chocolate is a range of products derived from cocoa. There are many types of chocolate produced in different flavors and forms. 
 
Dark Chocolate also known as black or plain chocolate is produced by adding fat and sugar to cocoa.It is chocolate with zero or much less milk than milk chocolate. Dark chocolate can be eaten as is or used in cooking and baking nowadays.
 
Couverture chocolates is rich in cocoa butter. It is popular used by Professional Pastry Chefs around the world such as Valrhona, Felchlin, Lindt & Sprungli, Scharffen Berger, Cacao Barry, Callebaut and Guittard. All this chocolates contain 85% or more cocoa and the the total fat is around 30% to 40% .

Compound chocolate is a confection combining cocoa with vegetable fat usually tropical fats as  a replacement for cocoa butter. Is is often used for candy bar.

Do you know how to differentiate the tastes of chocolates.....Mmmmm If you eat the chocolates and it's melt in your mouth then it is Couverture Chocolates...nice!
