Fonseca 10 Year Old Aged Tawny Port, Portugal

Fonseca Ten Year Old Tawny Port is russet in color with brilliant crimson highlights and a fragrant, ripe-fruit bouquet. Its smooth, silky texture and subtle oak nuances are balanced by a fresh acidity and tannic "grip" that culminate in a long, elegant, plummy finish. Tawny Ports of age will not improve once bottled; they should be served at room temperature or barely cool at the end of a meal with nuts or not overly-sweet desserts

Sandeman Fine Rich Madeira is made in the traditional manner on the Atlantic island of Madeira, The rich soil and volcanic subsoil give this wine a unique character which is enhanced by the winemaking and ageing in "estufas". It is rich, well balanced and a good accompaniment to many rich dishes and desserts (such as chocolate). It is also an essential ingredient in classic cuisine.
Medium dark amber colour with pronounced golden highlights. Clean nutty aromas, light complexity and very agreeable. Brilliant wine - a good quality young Madeira in evolution. Medium rich flavour, nutty and slighty complex, with a good clean finish.

Sandeman Royal Corregidor Rich Old Oloroso Sherry, Aged 20 Years

Rich and unctuous; a big, muscular, semi-sweet beauty with a meaty frame and gorgeous maple and toffee aromas. Broad-shouldered across the palate, with apricot and quince flavors accented by cinnamon and nutmeg. In terms of mouthfeel, it's like a fine liqueur, and on the finish everything you've previously smelled and/or tasted comes back into perfect focus.

Lustau East India Solera Sherry, Spain

East India is an appealing deep tawny brown, and offers a complex, mature nose of burnt sugar, spices, raisins, chocolate, walnuts and orange peel. It is sweet and full-bodied, with a smooth, almost treacle-like consistency, but good balancing acidity. There is a faint rancio character that adds complexity, and a fresh, everlasting finish.
"This Oloroso's dose of Pedro Ximenez accounts for its aromas of rainsins, dried fruits and figs, as well as its creamy, spicy texture. Complex notes of cinnamon, clove, iodine and mineral details build into the finish. Serve it with cinnamon flan."

2000 Warre's Late Bottled Vintage Porto, Portugal

Deep, rich ruby colour. On the nose bursting with lovely black fruit combined with a spicy complexity. Warre's 2000 LBV has a palate of underlying richness and intensity with well rounded blackberry fruit and wonderfully structured tannins which lead to a long and lingering finish. This wine is superb with cheese, nuts and dried fruits after meal.
